Recommended Hotels and Accommodation Options
A range of accommodation options is available in central Tokyo, particularly along the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and JR Yamanote Line. The conference venue is most easily reached from Ueno Station or Uguisudani Station on the JR Yamanote Line. Tokyo Station is also conveniently located.
We encourage participants to consider accommodation near stations on the JR Yamanote Line or Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line. Areas around stations between Ueno – Tokyo – Shinjuku are especially practical.
