Registration Fees & Information
Status: Registration for CRE 2026 is now open. Early registration has closed; late registration is open until 1 July 2026.
Registration has two steps: (1) pay the appropriate fee via Wise or bank transfer, then (2) complete the official registration form below. You will be asked for your personal details, affiliation, presentation information (if applicable), and your choice of optional events (conference dinner and excursion).
Please complete the form only after you have made your payment. The form opens in a new tab via Google Forms.

Registration fees must be paid by Wise or bank transfer. All payments must be made in Japanese yen (¥, JPY), and any bank or transfer fees must be covered by the sender.
Note: The conference dinner and excursion are not included in the registration fee.
When paying via Wise, please use the link or QR code that corresponds to the package you wish to pay for. Each link is pre-configured with the correct amount in JPY.
* Please make sure to complete the transfer process after adding funds to your Wise account. Simply adding funds does not constitute a completed payment.
